Introduction to the Application
The Rahal application, registered in the commercial registry under number /93816/ for smartphones, is the first tourism application in Syria that enables users to organize their trip within Syria, by browsing all Syrian tourist areas and reviewing their evaluations and prices. It enables users to electronically book hotels at competitive prices and offers by choosing a specific hotel, then selecting the desired room type (royal room, room with a view, etc.), along with the special amenities of each room type (free breakfast, gym, etc.), then selecting the desired date and confirming the booking. After confirming the booking, the user receives a notification for payment and can choose either electronic payment or cash payment by communicating with the application.

"Rahal App" respects and highly values the privacy of its users, referred to as "you". Through this "Privacy Policy", referred to as "the Policy", we inform you of the way we collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal and non-personal information gathered through your interaction/use of the application and website.
Target Audience
The Rahal application targets people who want to travel to Syria to organize their trips and secure electronic hotel booking.
Application Description
The Rahal application adds all tourist areas in Syria, including hotels, so that users can browse them all using the application. The Rahal application also works on agreements with hotels to secure instant booking for users at competitive prices and works to obtain permanent offers from hotels. Users select the desired reservation through the application and confirm it. When the reservation is installed, the application communicates with the user to choose an appropriate payment process and pay through it. After installing the order and paying using one of the payment methods provided by the Rahal application: - Electronic payment via a bank account. - Cash payment by communicating with the application to receive the payment. The reservation is confirmed with the hotel and becomes enforceable. The Rahal application only charges a percentage of the reservation agreed upon with the hotel and does not charge anything from the user.
User Rights
Choose one of the payment methods provided through the application. Be informed if any detail of the reservation is changed. The ability to follow up on the status of the reservation and be notified of any change in it. Possibility of canceling the reservation only before making the payment.
User Responsibilities
Pay the price of the reservation after confirming it within a period of 6 hours, or the reservation will be considered canceled after this period. Verify all reservation details before confirming it.
Securing Your Data
The application encrypts the communication between it and the server using public key encryption. This special type of encryption uses the power of two keys, which are long strings of randomly generated numbers. One is called the private key and the other is called the public key. The public key is known to the server and is available in the public domain. It can be used to encrypt any message.
Collecting, Using, and Storing Personal Information
We need to collect certain personal information from our application users in order to provide effective and useful services. Your name and contact details are used to provide personalized services related to the application. This information is crucial for achieving appropriate and high-quality application performance. Rahal Team Rights
Obtaining financial dues from users after confirming the reservation within a period of 6 hours. Obtain a contact number and payment receipt address if cash payment is chosen. Ban the user and prevent them from using the application if a deception or fraud attempt appears. The company has the right to ban any user without the need for any justification or notification.
Rahal Team Duties
Deliver the user the reservation that matches their requirements. Constant updating of tourist areas in Syria.
Violating the Privacy Policy
As our work progresses, we face many different challenges, so we may request changes, modifications, additions, or removal of any part of this Policy, either wholly or partially. These changes can be made at any time and for any reason without prior notice to anyone. All such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website page. Our commitment to your privacy online will take priority in any changes or modifications to this Policy.
